COURSES AND APPS
There are various courses and apps out there for people with prediabetes all claiming to help you reduce your HbA1c levels and give you help with your diet.

Ultimately, if you wish you can reduce your HbA1c levels to below 42 mmol/mol without a course and without any apps. It is entirely your choice which road you go down. Some people find a course helpful, some people find apps helpful and some find it better going it alone. Don't feel pressured to do something you are not happy with. Stress is not helpful to prediabetics so decide what is best for you.

The biggest UK provider for courses is the NHS and often your GP will refer you to a course.
There are also many forums on Facebook which will help. If you are in the UK try and pick a UK forum as the USA use different figures to the UK and it does cause confusion.
